Gov., Fashola's deputy chief of staff, Mojisola fights dirty with aunt over late dad's property

A very messy family war is currently brewing among Miss Mojisola Rhodes, the beautiful deputy Chief of Staff to Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, her sister, Mrs. Biola Babalola and their estranged aunt, Mrs. Clara Oye Otoki.
And painfully, the bone of contention, SHOWBIZPLUS reliably gathered is a prime landed property, Nojovo Farms and Fisheries limited situated in Oko-Ado, Eti-Osa LGA of Lagos State, which was left behind by Mojisola's famous dad, the late chief Babashola Rhodes (SAN).
The revered lawyer and ex boss of National Sports Commission (NSC), died nine years ago.

The deceased embattled sister, Mrs. Otoki, in her statement already deposited at the Federal High Court, Lagos, wants Rhodes two daughters-Mrs. Babalola and Miss Mojisola to stop parading themselves as directors of Novojo Farms and Fisheries Company Limited. In her words, their late dad and other directors of the company removed them as directors, before he died.
She also wants the court to stop the two daughters or their agents from further hounding, threatening and using state security apparatus against her. She also wants the court to mandate the sisters to return forthwith, all documents of the company in their possession.
However, while reacting, the two daughters, who are also defendants in the suit, denied all the allegations leveled against them by their aunt.
"They argued that their aunt was never a co-founder of the company as she claimed.
The sole promoter of the company was their father and that their aunt was only invited as a nominal director out of their late dad's goodwill. They further claimed that their aunt scared them away after their dad's death and secretly tried to assert control over their dad's estate, including the disputed company... They also want their aunt to stop parading herself as the managing director of the company..."
