Breaking News: N225 million car scandal! Coscharis boss, Maduka in big trouble…Maybe blacklisted by FG

Coscharis boss, Cosmas Maduka

For being at the centre of the raging N225 million car scandal involving the minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah, the chairman of Coscharis Motors, Cosmas Maduka, is currently battling to save his life as well as business empire, this SHOWBIZPLUS can authoritatively reveal..
The House of Representatives, while recently investigating the embarrassing national economic sabotage, has asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to “investigate and if found wanting, prosecute all persons/institutions involved in the transactions.”
And interestingly, Coscharis Nigeria Limited, the controversial luxury car company that supplied the hugely inflated cars, was not left out.
The House directed that the company should be investigated on the “issue of waiver,” and also to determine the “exact cost of the two BMW cars.”
The disappointed and visibly angry members of the House also ordered Coscharis to pay the value of the waiver to the Federal Government.

An informed insider, who spoke with us on the condition of anonymity, disclosed that with the shameful role Coscharis played in the purchase of the BMW cars among other pending cases, the Federal Government might blacklist them completely from bidding and participating in future business transactions with any of its arms.
“The FG is hugely disappointed with Coscharis Nigeria Limited, for deliberately sabotaging the nation. And with the look of things, Coscharis might be blacklisted from transacting future businesses with the Federal Government of Nigeria. The other time, it was his (Maduka’s) shaky deals with Ifeanyi Ubah that cost him his directorship at Access Bank, now he’s at the centre of this Oduahgate. We are very disappointed with Coscharis over this cars scandal and he must bear the consequences.”
We could not reach the company’s corporate affairs department for reaction, before publishing.
