Kid sensation OzzyBosco Wonderkid recently returned from Tinapa Resort, Calabar, Cross River State after seven days of fun-filled and unforgettable tour with 14 children.
The lucky kids who embarked on the tour tagged: “OzzyBosco Charity Adventure” were mainly picked from orphanages and a radio quiz programme.
The all-expense paid trip was sponsored by Ozzy Records.
On the first day of their arrival from Lagos to Tinapa, the children were received in grand style at the Lakeside hotel by the management.
While on the second day, the children composed a theme song entitled We Are The World, which according to them was inspired by the warmth and fresh air in Calabar.
The highpoint of the outing was the special visit OzzyBosco and his team paid to the Governor’s Office. They were warmly received by the deputy governor who stood in for the governor who was out of state. The deputy governor Barrister Effiok Essien Cobham, in his speech, poured encomium on the Wonderkid and his team. He particularly praised the “Youngest African Superstar” for the charity implications of the tour, while urging others to emulate OzzyBosco’s kind gestures.
OzzyBosco in return gave the deputy governor a sensational performance from his hit single entitled ‘Tinini.
The kid dynamite also presented a surprise gift of a portrait photo of the first lady to the governor.
They later visited the Tinapa Amusement Park, to continue with the groove.
On the sixth day, the children paid a special visit to the ultra-modern motherless babies’ dormitory Uwanse. OzzyBosco thrilled the children with his scintillating performance and presented them with gifts. He also gave out loads of Tigo milk being the brand ambassador of the product. The event was anchored by Prince Ifeanyi Dike and hosted by the commissioner for Social Welfare in the state.
In a related development, OzzyBosco has joined millions of Nigerians in advocating for peace.
The Tinini crooner, to further demonstrate his love for peace and unity in the country, recently released Let Peace Reign. The song, which is in commemoration of Nigeria’s 53 independence, featured African Lion, Terry G and his lovely sister, Princess U. The thought-provoking master piece is already making waves all over the social media. In the words of OzzyBosco, the song is dedicated to the victims of terrorist attacks in Nigeria, Kenya and the whole world. Meanwhile, information reaching us has it that the kid star might soon emerge as the youngest ambassador of the revamped Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC).
