Agagu’s plane crash: Actors Guild mourns

The National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Miss Ibinabo Fiberesima has joined the long list of those commiserating with the Government and good people of Ondo State on the tragic death of their sons and daughters in the ill fated Associated airline disaster in Lagos, on Thursday morning.

She also sends her heartfelt condolence to the Falae family on the untimely death of Deji Falae, Hon. Commissioner, Culture and Tourism in Ondo state.

In her words: “Deji was an extra ordinary, friendly and humble person who has helped developed creativity and Tourism in the sunshine state. He was a good friend of AGN and supported all our members and projects in Ondo state. We pray God to give the family and all those he left behind the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and may his gentle soul and indeed souls of all the departed rest in eternal peace.”

She urged the relevant authorities to conduct extensive investigations into the immediate and remote causes of the crash with a view to preventing future occurrences.

“This is one crash too many and it has become an embarrassment to our dear country,” Fiberesima concluded.
