Leading Nollywood actor and
multi-talented entertainer, Segun Arinze will bring will wealth of experience
garnered over the years to bear on the maiden edition of the Express Star
Awards as the proud anchor.
Arinze, the voice over guru
with almost three decades experience, in a brief chat with our reporter, said
he is delighted and deeply honoured to be chosen as the anchor of the debut edition
of ESA, which proudly celebrates only the very best in entertainment.
Arinze, a former national
president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), will be supported by a posse of
comedians at the grand gathering of entertainment heavy weights holding on
Sunday, July 27, at the upscale Coliseum Events Centre, Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos.
Some of the rib crackers
already getting set to support Arinze on stage with their rich repertoire of
jokes include: De Don, Elenu, Funny Bone, Acapella, Elder O, D’Lectura among
others.
