Joy like a river is currently the sweetest song in the mouth of the national president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) and ex-beauty queen, Ibinabo Fiberesima.

The single mother of three who has never been married before quietly got engaged to her man a few weeks ago.

She also changed her Facebook profile from ‘In a relationship’ to ‘Engaged’ and also shared a picture of her rocking the beautiful engagement ring.

The excited bride-to-be who is currently on holiday with her groom has chosen the month of December as her official wedding date.

The much anticipated wedding ceremony would take place in Port Harcourt, capital of Rivers State.
Just like every bride-to-be, Ibinabo is quite ecstatic and feels blessed with her man’s proposal.
Confirming the report, she gushed about her engagement saying “It’s my first wedding oh! We are soul-mates and I am totally convinced that he’s the one.
God has answered my prayers again. I’m blessed, that is all I can say. I can’t reveal the identity but yes, he’s my University days love. We would be tying the knot in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Trust me to get the invite across to you once it is ready.”

Fiberesima once had a whirlwind romance with Nollywood actor and movie director, Fred Amata and they have a daughter together. She also dated and sired a child with ace photographer, Philip Trimnell, while their stormy affair lasted.
