After weeks of speculations, it has finally been confirmed that late Nigerian gospel singer Kefee, who died in the US, will be buried on Friday, July 11.

This was revealed in a statement released by the deceased publicist and obtained by SHOWBIZPLUSng.

Kefee will be laid to rest in her hometown of Okpara-inland Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State amid tears and wailings.

The statement also revealed that the late singer’s husband Teddy Don-Momoh, who has been making arrangements to bring her body back to Nigeria, will arrive first in the country to await the arrival of the remains of his late wife.

Meanwhile, Delta State governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan settled the debts incurred by the late singer while she was on sick bed in America. Reliable sources squealed that the governor immediately rose to the occasion when he was informed of the reason for the delay in transporting the singer’s body to Nigeria for burial.
