Tricia and Gov. Chime

Tricia Eseigbe Kerry’s new project, The Psychologist, a public awareness campaign programme on child sexual abuse recently got a big boost with commendations and endorsements from notable Nigerians, including state governors.
SHOWBIZPLUSng learnt this is coming after a historic partnership with the Nigerian Police Force, headed by MD Abubakar.

To further spread its tentacles, The Psychologist recently embarked on a tour of the Niger Delta and Eastern States, advocating for children in that region to be educated and protected from sexual abuses.
The creator and producer of The Psychologist, Eseigbe and her team, visited the governors of Delta, Bayelsa, Imo, Ebonyi, Akwa Ibom, Cross Rivers, Abia and Enugu States alongside the Minister of the FCT, to further create awareness on the nagging issue.
Speaking at the Lion Building State House, Sullivan Chime, governor of Enugu State praised  Eseigbe and the Boldfaces International  crew for doing a great job.
He commended The Psychologist project and called on all stakeholders to partake in the education and fight against child sexual abuse and protection of children nationwide.
Elated Chime also promised to do everything possible within his powers to support  The Psychologist On The Move tour of Enugu State, insisting he wants every community within the state to be visited and educated on ways parents can protect their children from sexual predators.
The Governor also hailed The Nigerian Police Force on their partnership  with Tricia’s Psychologist  and equally urged Abubakar, who was represented by the state’s Commissioner of Police  Mr. Abubakar Mohammed Adamu, to see that the project succeeds  in the state. He asked the police to get justice for victims of child sexual abuse, insisting the CP should advice all station DPOs to enforce arrest and prosecution irrespective of whoever that is involved  in the crime of child sexual abuse.
