It is no longer news
that Nollywood hunk and leading actor, Bob Manuel Udokwu has joined the many
aides of Anambra State governor, Chief Willie Obaino.
SHOWBIZPLUSng can
exclusively report that friends of the Uniport Theatre Art trained thespian
from Idemili, Anambra State, are planning a super bash to celebrate his new
appointment.
Prolific filmmaker and
Udokwu’s very good friend, Chidi Nwokeabia, the chief host of the forthcoming
bash, disclosed to SHOWBIZPLUSng that the venue and date for the celebration of
Bob, would soon be made public.
“As friends of Bob, we
are very happy with his new appointment and have decided to equally host and
honour him. The date and venue would soon be made public, but right now we are
still working on the modalities. We are poised to give him a befitting reception in Nollywood as one of us.”

Search host joined the governor’s team after he was announced as the new Senior Special Assistant to the governor on Movie/Entertainment
Industry.
Bob’s announcement was
made public within the week in Anambra State. He also served the immediate
past governor of the state, Chief Peter Obi as a senior aide.
