Prince Eke finally opens up on Angela Okorie's sex/theft scandal in South Africa...Insists Angela dated Prosper

Angela and Ekeh when the going was good
Prince Ekeh, the husband of sensational singer Muma Gee, has finally opened up on the dirty dealings that transpired among him, embattled actress, Angela Okorie and Prosper, which resulted in Okorie being arrested and detained for alleged theft while they were filming in South Africa.
SHOWBIZPLUSng gathered that remorseful Ekeh, who recently welcomed a set of twins with his music star wife, also apologized profusely to his fans for getting himself involved in the messy theft and sex scandal that is currently the biggest ugly news emanating from scandals prone Nollywood.
Angry Ekeh also advised embattled Okorie to desist from spreading the false story that he connived with Prosper to defraud her during their sojourn in South Africa.
Ekeh, while reacting through a recently released press statement, he personally signed and obtained by EE, explained in details what transpired among them in Jacob Zuma’s nation.
In his words:
"My fans, family, friends and colleagues, my sincere apology to you all for finding myself in this messy situation out of the fact that I wanted to help an up and coming artiste to realize her dream in movie making in South Africa, which I consider as giving back by helping others grow. This is not the first time I am doing this. I have always been into charity works but unfortunately, this has put me and my name in a messy situation just because I had to speak the truth. I say so because morally, I couldn't stand to see or witness another man messing around with another man's wife.
This is just the crime I committed and the lady involved is now dragging my name in the mud, saying she got me passport to travel to South Africa. For God's sake, I flew United Airways to Houston on January 30th, 2014 to film. I proceeded to Maryland where I shot another movie directed by Kingsley Ukaegbu, featuring Best Davies, Moses Efret and Oge Okoye. I returned to Nigeria on March 13, 2014 and this was three weeks before the South African trip. So it’s stupid for someone to say she got me passport. It is very sad that when you try to support people to grow, they turn around and stab you at the back. $1,000 my foot! This is someone who actually begged and pleaded that she can't afford to pay me, that I should help her. I still have a munched copy of the SMS she sent with her phone number.”
Speaking further, he stated: "On the issue of paying my flight to South Africa, professionally, a producer is responsible for flights, accommodation and welfare of artiste during the production. So she wasn't doing me a favour. Why would she say I connived with Prosper to blackmail her? Come on, that's too cheap. This someone I even persuaded an American based director (Kingsley Ukaegbu) to feature in a movie I have booked to film in Maryland in July 2014. What more can one do to satisfy people on earth? I also have a munched copy of my conversation with Kingsley. So what could have gone wrong for one to think that I want to blackmail her? Besides, she first introduced Prosper to me as her boyfriend. How now could he be more of my friend than hers?"
Continued, Ekeh said: "My advice for Angela Okorie is, please get a life. It is not too late for you to package yourself into becoming a virtuous woman. That way you would regain your lost dignity with ease. I don't wish to be mentioned in this matter anymore. And please be warned! This should be between you and Prosper because only the two of you know what transpired. And for my fans, family and friends, I am sorry for being mentioned in such a dirty topic. I stand to be corrected. God bless you all.’
Definitely, with this new dimension, we are yet to get to the root of this ugly and poorly rehearsed Nollywood blockbuster script involving a married woman, another married man and a single man on a location outside the shores of Nigeria.
Angela Okorie’s account of what happened
"I left Nigeria for South Africa with Prince Ekeh, Muma Gee’s husband on Monday, April 7 2014, to shoot my movie, 'Nwa Abakaliki'.
I was lodging in a hotel until a friend, M.K called me to come over to her place at North Gate Estate, where I can pay less for accommodation. So I moved in. When I got there, I met another friend called Prosper who told me he was one of my biggest fans and was also living in a separate room in the same house. After a while, he started making sexual advances towards me which I declined politely.
On good Friday, April 18th, he attempted raping me, but I threatened to kill him and go to jail if he ever tried it. After that incident, I moved out of the house into Hilton Hotel, Sandton that same day.
The next day, I got a call from Prince Ekeh that Prosper and some people were coming to meet me at the hotel and I said no problem, only for me to open my door and saw three policemen with Prosper who claimed I stole his $3,200. I was arrested by the police but however released the following day, being April 20, 2014, Easter Sunday.
I have vowed to take up the matter in a reputable law court after discovering that Prosper's job is to defraud strangers who have come with money for a project and he also works hand in hand with the police.
I’m also angry with Prince Ekeh whom I paid his flight ticket and accommodation to help him and his family because his wife, Muma Gee has been the only one assisting his career. Prince Ekeh paid me back with cheap blackmail.
Prince is an ingrate. I paid for his ticket from Port Harcourt to Lagos and from Lagos to South Africa. He was not even happy that my passport was released to me. I keep asking myself why? What does he want to achieve? Anyway, I have told him and his accomplice who tried to rape and blackmail me that I am taking this up in a reputable law court. "
