This Awareness Symbol is a sign

Nigeria, while the Celebrities Drug Free Club is aimed at taking the club beyond schools with celebrities adding their voices against a drug free society. This will help to create a platform of active and sustained engagement of some selected celebrities in drug control programmes in Nigeria,” he disclosed.
Some of the selected celebrities include: Dayo Adeneye,

Ighodalo, the convener of the club added
that the laudable project aimed at fighting the war against drug abuse is
happening in Nigeria and Africa, for the very first time. He further stated that
the campaign will guide people in making informed choices and also provide
information on treatment and rehabilitation of persons with drug abuse problems in the society.

“This celeb initiative is apt because a
lot of Nigerian youths see celebrities as role models and mentors, it is also
another opportunity for celebs to inspire millions of Nigeria youths. Substance
Abuse Awareness Symbol and Celebrities Drug Free Club are timeless advocacy
initiatives.”
