M-Net (DStv Channel 101)



The Crazy Ones: Academy Award® winner Robin Williams returns to television as advertising genius Simon Roberts, whose unorthodox methods and unpredictable behavior would get him fired... if he weren’t the boss. Simon heads a powerful agency with the biggest clients and brands in the world, but even more important to him is having his daughter Sydney working by his side. Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D (Premiere):  Clark Gregg reprises his role of Agent Phil Coulson from Marvel's feature films, as he assembles a small, highly select group of Agents from the worldwide law-enforcement organization known as S.H.I.E.L.D. Together they investigate the new, the strange and the unknown around the globe, protecting the ordinary from the extraordinary. Coulson's team consists of Agent Grant Ward, highly trained in combat and espionage; Agent Melinda May, expert pilot and martial artist; Agent Leo Fitz, brilliant engineer; and Agent Jemma Simmons, genius bio-chemist. Joining them on their journey into mystery is new recruit and computer hacker Skye. From Wednesday 27 November at 19:30 CAT.



M-Net SERIES SHOWCASE (DStv Channel 113)



Super Fun Night (Premiere): This is a single-camera comedy series that follows three quirky female friends in their mid to late 20s on their "funcomfortable" quest to have fun every Friday night even if it kills them. Kimmie, Helen-Alice and Marika have been best friends for 13 years, united by a love for warrior princesses, rock parties (with actual rocks) and fantasising about one day having a boyfriend. They don't need to worry about the latest fads, because for them, every Friday night they are "Always together, always inside!" It premieres on Wednesday 20 November at 19:00 CAT.



Family Tree (Premiere):  This is a series which follows the world and journey of 30-year-old Tom Chadwick. Having recently lost his job and his girlfriend, Tom has a rather unsure sense of his own identity. However, when he inherits a mysterious box of belongings from a great aunt whom he never met, he starts investigating his family lineage and uncovers a whole world of unusual stories and characters, plus a growing sense of who he is and who his real family are. It starts on Sunday 24 November at 22:30 CAT.



M-Net SERIES REALITY (DStv Channel 114)

Below the Deck: This new exciting series takes a behind-the-scenes look at those who work on luxury boats used by the fabulously rich. The upstairs and downstairs worlds collide when this young and single crew, known as "yachties," live, love, and work together on-board the luxurious, privately-owned yacht while tending to the ever-changing needs of their wealthy, demanding charter guests. While each crew member brings a different level of experience, they all share a love for this lifestyle that enables them to travel to some of the most beautiful and exotic locales in the world. Each episode features a different set of charter guests moving onto the boat from millionaires, to entertainers to hard-partying groups of well-heeled friends who have little idea of what goes on Below Deck...until now. Fashion Star (Season 2): Celebrity mentors take fourteen unknown designers under their wing, and give them a chance to become a house name, in Fashion Stars. Contestants are given challenges each week, and each project is presented to a set of well-known clothing buyers. Through fierce competition, aspiring designers get the chance to showcase their talents as they vie for the greatest prize: having their original collections in three of the nation’s largest fashion retailers. It premieres on Friday 15 November at 21:30 CAT.

The Queen Latifah Show: Welcome actress, musician and now talk show host, Queen Latifah in this daytime talk variety show which showcases her extraordinary range of talents as a global entertainment icon. The Queen Latifah Show is the perfect platform for this multi-talented host to entertain, inspire and create television that matters. Tune in on Mondays at 18:30 CAT.



M-Net SERIES ZONE (DStv Channel 115)



Life After Top Chef (Season 1): The reality show explores the off-camera experiences of favourite cheftestants, Richard Blais, Jen Carroll, Spike Mendelsohn and Fabio Viviani. The fan favourites are in the process of reaching some big milestones, in both their personal and professional lives. While Richard attempts to open a fine dining restaurant in Atlanta, Jen sets out to open her dream restaurant in Philadelphia. Spike tries to balance the demands of his family with venturing out on his own, as Fabio seeks out to become the “male Martha Stewart”.  It starts on Saturday 16 November at 18:30 CAT.

Elf Man: When a family is set to have a lousy Christmas, Santa leaves behind an elf to save their holiday. They soon find themselves getting more than they bargained for.  Friday 1 November at 19:30 CAT.



Dunsmore: A gruesome murder rocks the residents of a small town. An investigator from the attorney general’s office is sent to investigate the strange events. Friday 8 November at 21:00 CAT.

Web of Desire:  A stressed out doctor finds release from the pressures of life by making a friend online. She soon becomes entangled in a web of deceit and lies. Friday 22 November at 21:00 CAT.

Storm Chasers: A meteorologist dies in a tornado, leaving his wife devastated. She rounds up his colleagues to prove that his theories about violent twisters were true. Saturday 2 November at 19:30 CAT.



Encounter with Danger: A woman is stunned when her boyfriend disappears on a business trip. When she discovers that he was about to expose something, she begins an investigation in search of the truth. Saturday 9 November at 21:00 CAT.

Hillbilly Handfishin: Oklahoma fishermen Skipper Bivins and Trent Jackson teach more city slickers the fine art of noodling – catching fish with your bare hands and feet – in the brand-new second series of Hillbilly Handfishin’. DISCOVERY WORLD (DStv 187)



JFK Anniversary: He was America’s most charismatic president, but John F Kennedy’s death is still unexplained. The Kennedy Detail brings the men of his Secret Service team back to the scene of the assassination, recounting their memories of the First Family. JFK: The Ruby Connection explores the motives of Jack Ruby, who murdered alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald. Did the Mob Kill JFK? is a documentary presenting compelling evidence which supports the theory that the Mafia were behind JFK's assassination. This December, the JFK season will continue with Capturing Oswald, exploring the murder of the President from an original angle, through the officers of the Dallas Police Department and the family and friends who knew Lee Harvey Oswald best. JFK Air Force One Audio Tapes exclusively presents official tapes from Air Force One, capturing the unfolding crisis, along with audio recordings from the Dallas Police Force and the testimonies and radio recordings of reporters who were there that day. Rhythm City: Things heat up this month on Rhythm City. The relationship between mother and son goes from bad to worse as Nomzamo is uncertain whether to turn her back against Suffocate. Mbuso initiates a raid at Zero011 and finds some incriminating evidence and Nomzamo decides to tell Suffocate about the abuse from Mbuso. The rivalry between the two ladies continues as Stella accuses Victoria of stealing her phone. Rose and Jafta are in denial with Mampho’S HIV Status. The community is in awe of Fat’s powers as he saves Jafta and Bash sees a business opportunity from himself. From Monday - Friday at 18:30 CAT.



Scandal!: Secrets are being discovered this month as Mmadika discovers some incriminating information about Helen that is hard to keep it to herself and Shakira discovers information about Joe that could harm him and help her. Mlungisi is uncomfortable with the job offer from Olivier as it may put his family’s lives in danger. Gloria's dream of become a model might become a reality as she receives an unexpected offer. Tino and Erin are forced to reveal their secrets as Dintle manipulates them and they face a possibility of losing Motshabi. On Mondays – Fridays at 18:30 CAT.



DISNEY CHANNEL (DStv Channel 303)

Monster University- Behind the Screams: This fascinating documentary, which premieres on Disney Channel this November, takes a look behind the scenes at the long-awaited prequel to Monsters, Inc. Disney’s  new movie, Monsters University, again sees John Goodman and Billy Crystal provide the voices of Mike and Sulley. Mickey Mouse Shorts: Mickey Mouse returns to Disney Channel with a brand new series of short films entitled Mickey Mouse Shorts every Friday throughout November. Mickey and friends are always happy to help each other, as shown in the very first episode Croissant de Triomphe. Minnie's cafe has run out of croissants. She calls Daisy at the patisserie for help, and Mickey sets off with supplies and comes to the rescue despite many obstacles en route. Mickey Mouse Shorts premieres on Friday 1 November at 17:00 CAT.

DISNEY JUNIOR (DStv Channel  309)



Talk Like A Pirate Day! Ahoy me hearties, time to learn how to talk like a pirate on Disney Junior with Jake and the Never Land Pirates, Saturday 23 November at 10:25 CAT. Jake, Izzy and Cubby will give lessons in how to talk like a pirate, teach the secrets of the pirate language and how to talk to friends in code.  Don’t miss your chance to learn how to talk like a pirate.



How To Be A Princess (Special): If young fans need a hand to become a princess worthy of a place in Enchancia, Disney Junior is the place to go, as this month Sofia gives Go-getters her personal guide to reaching royal perfection! Guess Who’s Coming To Play?: Everybody loves a little Sunday surprise, and Disney Junior is here to provide that surprise every Sunday morning at 10:25. Each week there’s an opportunity to spend a day with a favourite Disney Junior star, with marathons from the likes of Henry Hugglemonster, Zou, Doc McStuffins and many more!  But the big question is who will it be? Who’s coming to play? There will be clues to the identity of each week’s surprise guest hidden in programming. AL JAZEERA (Channel 406)



Al Jazeera Correspondent: This new series of continues to reveal the passion, experience and insight of some of the network’s journalists. The hour-long, weekly episodes explore events and stories that have marked their lives and careers. Al Jazeera’s correspondents cross the globe to take the audience on their personal journeys of discovery. Some of the topics they will cover include Dignity Lost: Chile’s Dark Secret on 7 November at 22:00 CAT, which investigates how the survivors of a secret Nazi cult in Chile’s Andes Mountains are fighting for justice and reparation.  Watch Africa’s Al Jazeera correspondent Mohammed Adow as he returns to North East Kenya, where he grew up, to reveal the turmoil in the region.
