How lover forced Davido to make their love public

After several months of keeping fans and buffs guessing on his love life, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido finally unveiled his lover, Funmi Aboderin, thus making the pair a hot item afterwards.

Surprisingly, the Omo Baba Olowo crooner recently unveiled his lover to the world just few months after claiming to be single on Twitter because Miss Aboderin was not comfortable with a secret relationship. “She wanted the world to know Davido is in a serious relationship with her,” a source told SHOWBIZPLUS.

While posting a picture of his sweetheart on Instagram, the Pop star wrote. “Beach things with Funmi Aboderin and the crew.” SHOWBIZPLUS has reliably gathered that the Osun State-born music star and his UK based lover are head over heels in love with each other.   

Our sources further revealed that Aboderin who has been dating Davido for a few months now is already a favourite of the Adeleke family. She was pictured at the wedding ceremony of Davido’s elder sister, Sharon Adeleke in America, with sources revealing that she looked every inch like a member of the Adeleke family. Davido’s elder brother also called her little sister on Twitter, confirming the closeness of Aboderin to the Adeleke’s family.

Those close to the Skelewu exponent disclosed that the pair met in London during one of the singer’s frequent visits to UK. The Pop star has since become a regular visitor to the UK, where he spends quality time with his girlfriend who is a student of the University of Durham. She is studying Business Studies and Management.
