After a well deserved wait, one of Nigeria’s luxury,
life-style and fashion magazines, ‘Monalisa’, finally launched and unveiled its
maiden edition at the posh Intercontinental hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, amid
glitz and razzmatazz.
The magazine, a brain child of Nollywood star
actress, Monalisa Chinda, who equally doubles as its Publisher, is packed with inspiring
feature stories and fashion. The magazine has been deemed first of its kind in
Nigeria and has been compared to a combination of Glamour and Cosmopolitan
Magazines.
According to elated Miss Chinda, the ‘Monalisa’ Magazine project
started as an idea, a conversation, a discussion, and gradually became a
project.
“Henceforth, a team was formed and the journey that
brought us to this day began. The magazine is about the love of the finer
things in life; it’s about being unapologetic of success; applauding
achievements whilst also mentoring ambition. It’s about celebrating the fruits
of labour and the result of hard-work; it’s about Loving, Laughing and Living. The
uniqueness of ‘Monalisa’ is reflected in its rich editorial contents,
informative and fluid style. It has a creative design layout with
thick-lustrous pages that give the reader that luxurious feel. The magazine is a publication of Purple Moments Limited. It
operates in Lagos, London and Washington DC, serving a global audience with a
discerning appetite for the good life.
Our distribution network cuts across Nigeria and
Africa-wide. You will also be able to buy a copy at key outlets in the UK and
USA, whilst we are presently in discussion with stockist in the Emirates.
