D'banj took to Twitter on Sunday, November 20, 2016, to deny the claim, while also saying, "Silence is Golden. And you all know I don't talk."

Last week, November 17, 2016, Pulse reported that Kokomaster, D'banj was sued over N100million by tech giant, MindHub.

According to documents sent to us, D'banj under the guise of his media house, DKings Men Media took a loan of N100million from the investment company back in 2012.

In a memorandum of understanding signed by the 'Emergency' crooner, sent to us, if DKings Men Media defaulted, the former Mo-hits member is liable to pay the loan.
Pulse reached out to the singer and his team before publishing but there was no word back.
D'banj however took to Twitter on Sunday, November 20, 2016, saying, "Silence is Golden. And you all know I don't talk. However in this case I will," he wrote before proceeding to deny the allegations.
"Is it poverty of content or state of the economy that led you (Pulse) to publish untrue stories about me without confirming from myself and team."
Now, the singer was a guest on SoundCity 98.5 where he shed more light on the story.
According to him, "We did not borrow any money. The instigator of this is trying to eat his cake and have it."
"Since it's in court I'm not going to comment."
The alleged case is currently before Justice Oyebanjo of the High Court of Lagos State, Ikeja Division and would be due for hearing on December 9, 2016. pulse
