People Are Very Receptive To Life Changes - Maje Ayida

Maje Ayida and Toke

Toke Makinwa’s ex husband and fitness guru, Maje Ayida was featured at the cover of ThisDay Style Magazine along with Farida Sanusi, Ngozi Ojora, Sarah Boulos.

He looked so charming on the photo.
During an interview, he said that there are some commonplace harmful life styles that should be corrected by people, the idea of affluence being attached to girth in a man which sounds obsolete. People see losing weight as something wrong and they tend to ask you if you are sick. For the ladies, your peers will discourage you from losing weight because they believe that men do not like skinny women.
It is good to have a walk sometimes but people have this believe that walking is a sign of poverty.
Talking about disseminating and enlightening people on fitness he said that people are very receptive to lifestyle changes. And he noted that the Nigerian environment can be little bit anti wellness at times.
The fitness guru has been accused by his ex-wife Toke Makinwa of many things in her newly launched book which she titled, “On becoming”.
1.He gave her STD
2. He made her do sex tape
3. Hemade her bleach
4. He called off their wedding series of times
5. He betrayed her

Despite the whole accusation, Maje is yet to respond to all these accusations by his ex-wife. nigerianfilm
