Wizkid doesn’t like me - Davido confesses

Davido has shared his own side of the story behind the Twitter spat with rival, Wizkid.

In a chat with Olisa Adibua on the OAP’s online programme “The Truth”, Davido recalled the moments that led to the exchange of hot words on Twitter and said the incident made him realized that Wizzy was not his friend.

“We were in the same flight to New York before he tweeted ‘we do proper shows proper venue -which many thought was a direct reference to Davido’s flopped New York show- if we weren’t on the same flight, I wouldn’t have bothered to reply him. But for him to hit out at me after we had spent hours together laughing and joking on a flight to New York means that he doesn’t like me,” Davido said.
