In
September last year, entertainment powerhouse AfricaMagic announced the
creation of its AfricaMagic Original
Films (AMOF) initiative, an ambitious project that would see the pioneering
brand invest to create dozens of brand new films. Just a month later, in
October 2013, the first of these titles were screened on DStv. SHOWBIZPLUSng
gathered that in a stunning decision, 45 brand new movie titles will be debuted
exclusively on two AfricaMagic channels in one incredible month…also known as
AWESOME APRIL!
Running
in two parts throughout April 2014, DStv audiences can see a superb line-up of
new AfricaMagic Original Films every weekend on AfricaMagic Entertainment (DStv channel
150/151), ensuring that Saturday and Sunday television viewing just got that
much hotter. In addition, if that’s not enough sensational movie magic, then
AfricaMagic (DStv channel 154) will be screening AfricaMagic Original Films titles every single day in April!
AfricaMagic
Entertainment, available on DStv Premium, starts its AWESOME APRIL campaign in
fine style this weekend, with two new AfricaMagic
Original Film stitles on Saturday and two more on Sunday.

On Saturday April
5, tune in for Tomorrow (starring Genard Brian Ogola and Henry Ngogoyo)at 21:00
CAT, followed by Maid (starring Doris Simeon and Damilare Kuku)at 22:05 CAT.
Then on Sunday April 6, check out Anita
(Wole Ojo and Cecilia Agu) at 22:00 CAT and Stereotype at 22:50 CAT (Sylvia
Oluchi andRina Daffy Monayajo).

Original Films every Monday to Friday at 23:20 CAT, with 4 titles in total
scheduled on Saturday and Sunday evenings.Audiences can catch more of their
