The artiste known as JKL4REAL a.k.a. (Dr. Money), was born in Agulu, Ani-ocha Local Government Area of Anambra State, over 30 years ago.

His real name is Justin Kingland but in some quarters he is known as Justin Prophet hence the acronym JKL.

4Real Party, which was shot in Ghana and featured several celebrities and dignitaries from that country, is the latest video he is promoting globally.

He began his education at St. Jude Primary School Aguleri and later attended high school at USS, Agulu.

The Reggae/Dancehall star also studied briefly at St. Dominic Saviour Seminary, Akpu, before travelling abroad to obtain a degree in business management at Rima College, Malaysia.

He began to see himself as a musical force from the age of 13 years. However, his travelling experience in the earlier years of his teen (14years), exposed him to playing in live bands abroad.

His first foray into music came when he performed at shows and events organized in his locality by local show promoters as a teenager.

In 2005, JKL4REAL made history when he established the first African Reggae Dancehall group In Malaysia called I and I Combination. The group featured the Tamil finest Chakrasonic, in their first album entitled JAH HAS DECIDED under Bronze Land Production/I and I combination in 2006/2007.

Interestingly, his big break came in 2008 when American based 4th Quarter Entertainment invited him to the US. It was there that he developed his musical tastes and interests, and it wasn’t long after recording some songs in US that his romance and experience with the Dancehall Reggae/World genre kind of music got a big boost.

Since then, JKL4REAL began to showcase his talent in various venues across Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Singapore and USA, playing at numerous gigs/clubs and concerts and making sure that his name and music were being heard around the globe.

Dr. Money has as well collaborated with some World reggae legends like Sizzla Kalonji and Elephant Man, in songs like Work Hard and Dance Floor.

He has equally met, jammed, networked and featured in his songs some talented Nigerian artistes such as: Klever Jay in “Only You Girl” and Y.Q. in “Shinning Eyes.”
He did a well applauded remix of Dance Floor with Elephant Man and Rock Steady.

JKL4REAL is a warrior on Jah’s mission, a reggae /dancehall exponent and Peace advocate of repute.

Amazingly, his unique style of music is the result of a lifetime of musical influence. Growing up in a disciplinarian family, JKL4REAL used most part of his early years as a young chap fighting to keep his desire for music because his family didn’t see a future in music then.

His continued resolve to develop his musical talent got him on the bad books of both his parents and teachers at school then.
