Popular singer, Patoranking who traveled to Uganda to promote his latest music album 'God over everything', was reportedly arrested at the Entebbe International Airport upon arrival. According to an exlcusive report on Red Pepper Uganda, popular Nigerian dancehall and reggae singer, Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie better known by his stage name as, Patoranking, was reportedly arrested yesterday afternoon at the Entebbe International Airport in Kampala Road, Uganda for failure to adhere to check in rules.
A source who was at the Airport yesterday disclosed to the publication that,

"He failed to adhere to check-in rules and above all he had not secured his entry visa," adding that the singer thought he was 'too big'
and he would receive VVIP treatment upon arrival.

“He was just told to remove his cap for security check-up but he chose not to listen to instructions. He was denied entry and arrested for disobeying lawful check in orders,”
the source added.It was gathered that Patoranking who arrived at the Airport at around 4:00pm, was detained for over 7hours, and after countless times of apologising and begging, he was later released and granted entry visa.
It was further learnt that while trying to show that he is a known celebrity, Patoranking first refused to accept entry visa saying he was disrespected and harassed by immigration officers. He later coiled his small tail and headed to Hotel Africana where he addressed journalists.
Patoranking was in Uganda to market his latest music album titled ‘God over everything’ which features Wizkid, Elephant Man, Olamide, Phyno, Sarkodie and more.
