When it was revealed last week that the soul singer had filed for divorce the stones that were held back by the public were thrown at her. She was dragged for being a cheat and being unfaithful to her husband on Twitter. Things got so bad that Jhene Aiko started blocking people who were throwing shots at her on the micro-blogging site and went as far as replying some of her accusers.
During her whole Twitter meltdown Jhene Aiko reportedly tweeted that Dot Da Genius physically abused her when they were married. According to some she quickly took down these tweets. With the allegations in the air Dot Da Genius had to clear his name. On an Instagram post on August 15, 2016 Dot Da Genius wrote;
"In light of the public threats, false allegations, and attempts to slander my name and character, I am compelled to speak up. Because my nature is peaceful, I’ve been silent out of respect for all involved, and to maintain my privacy. However, I believe the truth must be heard, which is that I’ve never been violent or abusive towards any woman in my life. Such behaviour is abhorrent to me and fat from how I conduct myself. Moving forward, I will continue to focus on my family, friends, and music, and soon enough the entire truth shall come to light.”

While people are eager to take sides let's not forget all the details haven't been out yet. While nothing is certain for sure it is clear that Jhene Aiko has come out the loser in this story. Her Twitter meltdown was unwarranted and the allegations of domestic violence was distasteful.

This is why the legal system exists. She has already filed for divorce. I am not a lawyer but with all she has said and done within the last two weeks the Judge will give her a knock or two.
Clearly Jhene Aiko has taken a big L within the last week and the only way for her move past this is to keep quiet. At the end of the day if she is innocent of being adulterous the truth will come out. Now is the time for silence and not petty replies.---pulse
