Rising Nollywood actor, Jazzy Okey has cleared the imaginary thought running through the minds of his fans and most movie-buffs over his relationship with top music producer, Don Jazzy.
In a live interview with television channel, Hiptv, the actor explained that the headman of Mavin Records, Don Jazzy is one music stakeholder he admires, but not related to him.
He went further to state that his name had existed as far back as his secondary school days before Don Jazzy even came to limelight.
“I used to have what we had then as school father; he’s a Yoruba person that goes by the name, Jazz. I admired the name, and felt I needed to answer a name similar to it. I went through the dictionary and found Jazzy, which means something attractive. So I took it,” he recalled.
However, Jazzy Okey who felt the need of expanding his business frontiers also talked about his newly opened gym house in Owerri, JT Gym, in his interview with Smooth Promotion’s Hiptv.
