1. Bukky Ajayi

Bukky Ajayi was a widely respected actress in Nollywood. The 82 year old veteran actress died in her Surulere residence on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 and was buried according to Muslim rites by 4pm that same day.
With a vivacious personality, she will forever be missed in Nollywood.
2. Nomoreloss

Popularly known for his hit track ‘Iyawo Asiko’ Nomoreloss died on Monday, March 21, 2016 after battling with Typhoid since January.
3. OJB Jezreel

OJB's death came as a
huge shock to the music industry. The singer, producer and songwriter
battled with kidney problems since 2013 and was flown to India for a transplant. However, his transplant failed a week before his demise and OJB passed on.
He died on Tuesday, June 14, 2016.
4. Henrietta Kosoko

The late actress was battling with diabetes before she slumped at her residence and was pronounced dead on Monday, June 6, 2016.
According to reports, she died a week after celebrating her 53rd birthday.

in movies like "Prophet of Doom" and others.
6. Genevieve Nene

Fast rising Nollywood actress and video vixen, Genevieve Nene passed away after an illness.
It
was gathered that the actress had not been enjoying a good state of
health for sometime but had continued working on movie sets till few
days back.
Sources said she took her last breath on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 in Lagos.
