Fast rising high end fashion house, Makani Couture is already five years and still waxing stronger.
Amazingly, the label intends celebrating the milestone with a bang.
In a chat with DAYLIGHT.NG, the creative director and founder of Makani Couture, Miss Stephanie Oduenyi disclosed that parts of the activities marking the anniversary, which holds on Sunday, July 31 at City Lodge Hotel, Lekki, Lagos, is the grand unveiling of Makani’s new and exclusive collections.

She added that several models and celebrities are also expected to don the new collections on the run way specially built for the event.

Meanwhile, the event proper kicks off at 3.p.m., with a red carpet and networking session.

ANAMBRA FASHION WEEK in 2012 shortly after the brand was born. This was its first fashion show.
In the Year 2013, Makani Couture was one of the designers to style the casts of Lekki Wives Season two, where over five of her designers were accepted and used.

Makani Couture has been featured on several blogs, online and hard copy magazines and has also styled various celebrities like, Adaora Ukoh, Uche Ogbodo, Bayray Mcnwizu, Amanda Ebeye, Peggy Ovire, and a host of others.
