DStv highlights action, drama, love tales, more for the month of March

SHOWBIZPLUSNG happily brings you all the highlights for the month of March, from your darling DStv.  In fact, you don’t need the cinemas when M-Net movies premiere is wrought this March with an amazing line of blockbuster must-see movies.
Interestingly, DStv viewers can look forward to White House Down, G.I JOE: Retaliation, The Lone Ranger, Elysium, Grown Ups 2 and much more


White House Down: In White House Down, A young policeman not wanting to disappoint his daughter takes her on a tour of the White House. While there, the building is seized by a paramilitary group. With the government in chaos, it’s up to the policeman to protect his daughter and the president. Tune into DStv and catch all the drama on Sunday 2 March at 20:30 CAT.

G.I JOE: Retaliation: Following the suspected theft of nuclear warheads, the president orders termination of the G.I Joe team. The surviving members must now face off against a new enemy and the world leaders under his control. Catch it on DStv on Sunday 9 March at 20:30 CAT.

The Lone Ranger: Starring award winning actor, Johnny Depp, The Lone Ranger follows the story of a young man left dead after his pursuit of a notorious outlaw goes wrong.Rescued by a native American warrior, they team up to banish injustice and become legends.  Catch this action western film on Sunday 16 March at 20:30 CAT.

Lovers of Nollywood are not left out this month with an array of exciting homegrown movies every Sunday. The line-up of movies includes titles such as Playing Safe, The Kingdom, In Her Shoes.

Playing Safe: Three ambitious women put their relationships at risk for the love of money and a fear of being heartbroken. Their antics continue without any thought as to what devastating consequences lie in store for them. Will they be able to handle the heat once they are caught? The Kingdom: in The Kingdom, DStv viewers will see how King Desmond awaits the arrival of Prince Ferguson with the hopes that he will find one of his daughters attractive and ask for a hand in marriage. But Prince Ferguson’s journey to the palace is met with a major twist. Tune in on Sunday23 March at 22:00 CAT to see how the story unfolds.

Also spend some time in Mexico with your favorite Telemundo stars as a new lineup of Telenovelas are premiering this month such as Labour of love and the Queen of the South for your guilty pleasure.

And if you are a fan of Mrs. Carter and her unbeatable reign as Queen B, you are in luck as Trace Urban presents Focus with the Queen of pop herself, Beyonce.
