Sexy and sensational singer Chinyere Aharanwa better known as
Kryztal is fast becoming a household name. This talented act is by all means a
sweet looking young lady. Her ignore-me-if-you-can eyes, warm and enchanting
smiles are perhaps her biggest assets.
No wonder, one of her fans based abroad, a business tycoon, Bukola
Adegbite, we learnt recently presented her with a Porsche Cayenne SUV and N13
million cheque gifts. And to the consternation of her close pals and
colleagues, she rejected the very tempting offers.
We contacted the versatile singer who just recorded another single
entitled ‘Okro’ to confirm the story. Kryztal said, “It is true one of my fans
based abroad, Bukola Adegbite communicated with me and said he is so crazy
about my songs and performance. He told me he has a Porsche Cayenne car gift
for me and N13million in cheque. I rejected the car gift and his N13million,
because I don’t know him, I have to be sure of who he is before accepting his
gifts”.
Kryztal whose singles ‘As E Dey Hot” and “Ofe Owerri are
enjoying massive airplays as well as getting internet promotions, also reacted
to the impression that female artistes are prostitutes.
“It’s a wrong impression, it’s very wrong to label female artistes
prostitutes. Being a prostitute is a personal thing irrespective of your
profession”.
The endowed musician, who is signed on Heavy Metal Music with
Palleson Joe, is a graduate of Pure and Industrial Chemistry. She was formerly
in Gloria Ibru’s band and had performed on stage with great musicians like: Ras
Kimono, Shina Peters, Tuface Idibia, Alex O, Mike Okri, Oritz Wiliki, Kween
among others.
Aside singing, she is also a voice over artiste and music
consultant.
She is the second child in a family of five. Her father is from
Owerri, Imo State, while her mother hails from Akwa Ibom State.
