In a recent chat with us, the General Secretary of the guild, Mr. Abubakar Yakubu, who spoke on behalf of the national President, Miss Ibinabo Fiberesima, confirmed that the respected thespian was truly down.
"We've been in touch with Peter Bunor. Madam president has been in touch. He was getting better until the ailment relapsed again. We have already sent our Delta State chapter chairman to reach him and ascertain the true position of his health and immediately get back to us," Yakubu disclosed.
Also speaking, the Public Relations Officer of the guild, Mr. Frank Dallas, who also confirmed the ugly news, said they were in touch with the actor through their Delta State chapter chairman.
Yes, we know he is down and have been in touch. We will issue an official statement between now and Wednesday when our Delta chairman must have visited him and properly brief us on the true state of his failing health."
