Shaydee has moved on from EME Records to do his own thing and from all we can see, it was a peaceful transition.
The time has come for Shaydee to blaze his own trail in the world which is just as well.
The singer announced that he has moved on from record label co-owned by RnB singer, Banky W, EME Records.
Shaydee made the announcement via a post he shared on his Instagram page on Monday, March 27, 2017, while wishing Banky a happy birthday.
The ‘Smile‘ crooner shared a dapper for of his now former record label boss, writing alongside it:
"Happy birthday Bankssss @bankywellington … May Gods great favor and grace be with u. Thanks for all iv learned from u & thanks for the opportunity u gave me to find my path in life as I continue on this incredible journey on my own.
"May God reward u accordingly a thousand fold. Amen?? #BigbroStill #RidingSolo."
Back in 2016, Shaydee hinted that he would be exiting from the label during an interview with The Net.
At the time, he said, "Time will tell. I definitely plan to do my own thing at some point because that’s the essence of growth at the end of the day."
Shaydee was signed to EME in 2012 and has had a good run with the record label so far.
Shaydee featured on The compilation album - Empire Mates State of Mind released in 2012, which had Banky W, Skales, Wizkid, Niyola and Dj Exclusive. Then dropped his debut album " Rhythm and Life" in 2016.
We can't wait to see what he does on his own as we wish him well on his new path. pulse
