Leading entertainers thrill at Bowler Hats Bash

It was a constellation of stars on Saturday, August 3 at the maiden edition of Bowler Hats Bash (BHB).
The fun filled evening of comedy, music and more held amid glitz, glamour and grandeur at the upscale Niteshift Coliseum, Ikeja, Lagos.
Several leading entertainers from the movie, music and comedy sectors thrilled and dazzled revelers as both guests and performers.
Proudly powered by Contacts Communications, the star-studded and well attended groove had all the trappings of an A-list show and was highly and hugely applauded by those that graced especially the stars and celebs.

The quartet of African China, Nigga Raw, Klint D’ Drunk and Elenu led the array of star performers at the historic and memorable evening of jollification and high-net-worth gathering.
They separately thrilled and rocked guests with hit songs and rich repertoire of exhilarating jokes.
The event reached a climax when the duo of Klint D’Drunk and his former soul mate, Nigga Raw jointly performed their monster hit-Obodo, to the delight of the cheering and dancing crowd.
Similar thing also happened when rejuvenated African China mounted the stage in an-all white attire and held guests spellbound for close to 30 minutes.
The funny trio of D’Don, D’ Lectura and Elder O, hilariously anchored the non-stop-fun event to the delight of all.
The trio alongside some of their colleagues including Funny Bone, Acapella, MC Senator, Danni B, Lanusoro and Baba D’ Baba raised the tempo of the bash.
Other entertainers that also wowed the guests were: TJ Sax, the cerebral 10-year-old saxophonist and OzzyBosco, the energetic six-year-old precocious music star cum multiple award winner.
Nollywood diva, Shan George, further rocked with her trending hip life song, while gyration exponent, Austino Milado, kept guests busy on their toes with fast beat gyration songs. Neros Just Dance crew also dazzled among others.
Interestingly, the African Heritage Band, led by Chijioke was also on ground dishing out live music as well as assisting music stars wishing to perform live on the Coliseum’s expansive and revered stage.
Commenting on Bowler Hats Bash, its founder and boss of Contacts Communication, Azuh Amatus, disclosed that his love and passion for hats brought about the highly commendable initiative.
“We thank God that this debut edition was a huge success and we thank all those that made it possible. It was borne out of my passion for bowler hats and fedora, which I wear a lot. It was designed to be an annual event for stars, celebs and the upwardly mobile coming together to relax, enjoy, network and unwind in a conducive and fun filled atmosphere where there will be music, comedy and more… See you in 2014.”
