“We are proud and delighted to be the host destination of this, the first and historic season of Africa’s Next Top Model. We are honoured to share our destination with the continent and showcase our beautiful, friendly, affordable and accessible destination. We invite the continent to come to South Africa to Live the Beautiful Life,” says Thulani Nzima, Chief Executive Officer at South African Tourism.
According to him, “Africa’s Next Top Model came as a natural fit for South African Tourism as the show offers a fantastic opportunity to market South Africa on the continent.”

We cannot wait to start filming the series in August in Cape Town. I am very happy to bring Africa’s Next Top Model to South Africa. I’m honoured to be part of the successful franchise; Africa’s own version of America’s Next Top Model was definitely overdue.
