Following the allegations leveled against Chris Brown by Baylee Curran, reports have revealed that his accuser may have faked the reports in a fit of revenge
News reports have revealed that the woman who has accused Chris Brown of assault with a gun, has made faked death threats before.
TMZ reports that Baylee Curran filed a restraining order against her roommate, Princeton Roseborough, in 2013, alleging that he had hired a someone to kill her.
She also claimed that Roseborough physically assaulted her by pushing her head against the wall of a bedroom so much so that an ambulance had to be called.
Strangely, at the time a formal hearing was set up, Curran did not show up, causing the judge to lift the temporary restraining order which had been placed, with the case dismissed.
Curran has also been alleged to have sent a text message which said that she was going to frame Chris with gun allegations as revenge, shortly after the incident was reported to the police.
So far, Curran has denied sending the incriminating message which was sent to her acquaintance identified as Safari.
The text which was purportedly sent at about 2:57 a.m on Tuesday, August 30, 2016, after Curran was thrown out of the "Liquor" singer's home, read:
"Hey safari don't you know this freak Chris brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend jewelry fake can you come get me my Uber is messing up if not I'm going to set him up and call the cops and say that he tried to shoot me and that will teach him a lesson I'm going to set his ass up. Lol come get me."
TMZ reports that the alleged message in currently in the possession of Chris Breezy's lawyer, Mark Geragos, who is trying to it find out its authenticity.
Although Chris has perfected his bail to the tune of N79 million, the singer may be facing up to 14 years behind bars if he is found guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
