The media personality will be giving a lecture at the prestigious ivy league school, the New York University on Wednesday.
Book author, Toke Makinwa who is currently on a tour of her first book, "On Becoming" has been invited as a guest lecturer at the New York University (NYU).
An excited Makinwa who is expected to address learners at the ivy league school on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, made the announcement today on her Instagram.
According to her post, she will giving a lecture on the topic, "Building a Successful Brand in the Digital space."
"Super excited to announce that I will be a guest lecturer this Wednesday at NYU.
"The digital space is home to at-least 80 percent of my career and teaching a media class on "Building a Successful Brand in the Digital space " is my mission.
"TM will be at NYU. Super excited, God is good I cannot wait to meet you all," she wrote.
Her book, "On Becoming" has gained widespread acceptance from readers though it hasn't been all love for the author.
Maje Ayida, her ex-husband who she filed divorce from revealed that the book which opened up intimate details of their failed marriage has affected his image. pulse
