Debie Rise has finally spoken about her controversial kiss with Bassey
She revealed that it was nothing but a peck and Bassey wasn’t asleep when it happened
So there was no basis for comparison with Kemen’s situation
When Debie Rise appeared to kiss Bassey without his consent during their time on Big Brother Naija, NAIJ.com gathered that many felt that was enough for her to be disqualified seeing that Kemen had been sent packing earlier for doing almost the same thing.
However, Debie has revealed that there was nothing in the kiss saying it was just a peck and that Bassey was awake when it happened.
That night, we actually had a quarrel. I can't even remember what it was about. I don't actually know how to hold an argument, even when I had something with TBoss and Bisola, I would go and meet them and say, I'm sorry, let's just trash this thing. So, after the quarrel, he just went to sleep. So, that was me trying to clear - and he wasn't actually asleep. Bassey doesn't sleep on time. And it was a peck."
Bassey himself had confirmed that Debie had his full consent to kiss him so in no way was it the same thing. naij
