After one week of wild fun
and bonding in the house, Big Brother finally wielded the big stick and sent
two Hotshots housemates packing in this year’s first eviction show, this
SHOWBIZPLUSng can authoritatively report.
The unlucky damsels, Resa, from Zambia and leggy Mira, from
Mozambique were evicted tonight amid tears, anger and shock from their fellow
housemates and the rest of Africa.
Despite their brilliant and memorable outings in the house, they
were sent home to their respective countries for scoring low votes from Africa,
thus becoming the first two housemates to be evicted from the new house in this
season’s show.
Meanwhile, the wave making duo of Nigerian hip hop stars, Phyno
and Olamide helped cushion the effect of the pain of the Hotshots early ousters
from the house with electrifying performances.
The acts did their famous collabo, Ghostmode to the admiration of
all, especially the live audience at the Big Brother new studio in South
Africa.
They later came back on the big stage with individual performances
that further got viewers excited and asking for more. While Phyno rocked with
his hit anthem- Alobam, Olamide sparkled with his famous Story for the gods.
However, with the eviction of Resa and Mira, the tension-soaked
house is now left with 24 housemates drawn from 13 African countries.
One thing that is very certain is the fact that one winner would
definitely emerge at the end of the 63 reality show that is currently
serenading Africa.
