Why Iyanya remembered late parents, sibling with a new tattoo

SHOWBIZPLUS reliably gathered that the agonizing pains of not having his dear parents and darling brother around to share in his success story as an accomplished artiste was one of the reasons Iyanya recently dedicated his new tattoo to his late family members. The Cross River State born singer unveiled the new tattoo on his Instagram page revealing that it was a tattoo to remember his late parents and dead brother.

“Tattoo of my late dad, late mum and late brother who all died in just a short time between 2008-2010,” he wrote alongside the picture.  

Iyanya lost his entire nuclear family before hitting fame and in an interview with Entertainment Express, the singer revealed his pain and how he has been coping without them. “I know their death came too early and it happened in ways I don’t like to talk about. It’s not a thing that makes me happy. But it’s a lesson for me now,” he revealed.
