Behold DStv February highlights

SHOWBIZPLUS can boldly say that cakes, candy and everything delicious is the stuff February is made of, making this season almost unbearable for people unlucky in love.
Well, if your Mr. Right or Ms. Right is yet to show up, you are just in luck with the new season of Tough Love airing on Sony Max, channel 128 on the DStv bouquet. While many reality shows on dating are purely centered on matchmaking, this show varies as you are whisked off to a boot camp for an extreme dating makeover where personalities, character traits and ideologies are all examined to shape you and get you ready to meet your perfect match.

This “co-ed” season of this light-hearted reality dating show features four male and four female contestants, who are all desperate and dateless – and very unlucky in love. Saddled with personalities such as “Mr Player”, “Miss High Maintenance”, “Mr Me, Myself and I” and “Miss Cursed”, they endure some tough love and are forced to deal with their relationship issues. The aim? To change their dating ways in order to snag the perfect partner. Tune in from Valentine’s Day 14 February at 14 February at 22:00 CAT.
For all lovers of music, February also comes bearing gifts with the 13th season of American Idols and the return of Jenifer Lopez to the judges table alongside Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr. Follow the judges throughout America and the hilarious auditions as they search for the next diamond in the ruff who will be crowned with the prestigious title of becoming the next American Idol airing on MNet Series Reality, channel 115.
Also airing this month is Princess of Malibu, Girlfri3nds, Legends of Football League, The Drama Queen, Witches of East End (premiere) and CSI for the crime drama lovers.
