Is Shatta Wale a shoemaker or plumber - Timaya fires back at Ghanaian singer

Following the social media drama between Shatta Wale and Wizkid, famous Nigerian dancehall musician Timaya has come out to throw shades at the Ghanaian singer. 

It could be recalled that the Ghanaian singer once accused Wizkid and Timaya on Twitter and a dedicated fan of the Nigerian singer came out to throw shades at Shatta Wale and Ghana as a whole. 

The Twitter user who was identified @Teolee_Baby disclosed that: "Wizkid alone is more than a whole Ghana….Timaya alone is more than all Africa dance hall…Timaya king of Africa dance hall …rep Nigeria.”





Following this tweet on Thursday, November 16, Shatta Wale posted his own reply where he said Timaya should stick to selling plantain chips. He said: “Stop this poultry farm nonsense before I use you for indomie and chicken wings. Tell Timaya to come to Ghana and see what’s Dancehall and stop that nonsense. You people call Dancehall. It’s a shame you have an artist like Timaya he should have still sold his plantain chips…Mumu.” 

This post did not go down well with Timaya as he took to his Instagram handle to make a short video of him asking people who Shatta Wale is. He also asked if the singer is a shoemaker or plumber. 

Timaya said: "So people said I should make a diss track for Shatta Wale, please who is Shatta Wale. Is he a singer, shoemaker or a plumber." naij
