Kim Kardashian continues
to play the role of doting aunt as her sister Kourtney Kardashian goes
through a breakup with
longtime partner Scott Disick.
Kim, 34, recently spent time
bonding with their eldest child, son Mason Disick,
5, by taking a slew of sweet and funny selfies.
The Keeping Up With the
Kardashians star, who loves selfies so much that she released a book full
of them, posted eight pics of herself with her adorable nephew on
her Instagram page on Saturday
The 5-year-old boy's parents,
who also have a 3-year-old daughter, Penelope Disick,
and a baby son, Reign Disick,
broke up over the Fourth of July weekend after nine years together.
Mason and the rest of the kids
haven't seen their father in person for weeks. Scott, 36, recently jetted off
to New York. He had missed Penelope's third birthday on
Wednesday. The Kardashian family celebrated it at Disneyland. Scott did,
however, post a sweet birthday message to
her.
Kourtney, 36, had
ended their relationship after he had engaged in a month-long
partying bender, during which he was photographed in
Monte Carlo looking cozy with an ex-girlfriend.
She and Scott have not
commented about their breakup. On Saturday, Kourtney posted a
cryptic tweet, a Bible verse, after Scott shared a photo of a "dream
bedroom" from a luxury home in the Hollywood Hills that is
on sale for $32.8 million.
