The music label have accused the pop singer freshly of impersonation, fraud and forgery charges.

Alterplate and former Fivestar Music artist Harrysong has been reportedly re-arrested over charges of fraud, forgery and impersonation.

The singer is being accused of forging Fivestar owner Kcee's signature to snap up some deals and get paid for it, Pulse gathers from a source.

Harysong had earlier been arrested on January 27, 2017 by Fivestar Music over charges of fraud and breach of contract.

The label according to sources says Harrysong is still contracted to them until 2019, which the singer opposed, holding on to claims that his contract has been exhausted and consequently left as a result of feeling underappreciated.
The 'Samankwe' singer was later released following the case being labelled as a civil one and not criminal
Harrysong's team also came out with a statement exonerating them from any contractual obligation to Five Star Music.
"For what it’s worth, Harrysong’s dealing with Five Star Music was with the clause that he would be left to pursue his career whenever he deemed it fit," the statement read in part.

This fresh arrest however is bordering on criminal charges. According to a published eye witness account reported on Linda Ikeji Music site,  Harrysong was re-arrested alongside his manager, Desmond Ike on fresh criminal charges.
The site  also gathered that Harrysong and his manager spent the night in police custody and may be charged to court this morning. "They were re arrested on fresh criminal charges of fraud, forgery and impersonation. I heard them saying they forged E-Money’s signature to collect money from a brand‘" the source said.
Pulse has reached out to Harrysong's manager, whose number was switched off, but another source corroborated the story that the Reggae blues crooner Harrysong has been arrested over charges of fraud "forging E-Money’s signature on a deal, and getting paid." pulse
