The comedian appealed to the fans not to misconstrue a comment that was never intended to bring up a fight.
Nigerian comedian, Gordons has apologized for calling R&B singer, 2Face Idibia an illiterate.
The comic who criticised the cancelled protest organised by the singer felt the latter ought to have considered a more subtle means like music to address his concerns.
He stated this in an interview with Hip TV with a jibe that reads, "You can’t express yourself, it’s not your game. Do it with music you are used to. 2face is the only illiterate who can sing correctly."
In a follow-up comment to this, Gordons stated in a video posted yesterday on Instagram that he never intended to insult the singer and his family.
He confirmed that he had communicated his apologies to 2Face in an SMS prior to the video.
The comedian urged fans not to blow the issue out of proportion as his comment was not intended to bring up a fight. pulse
