Following a successful stakeholders meeting, which held at the Eko Hotel and Suites recently, all is now set for the second edition of the annual Nigeria Music Video Awards (NMVA). Powered by Cally Ikpe’s led Callivision Network limited, the anticipated event holds in the month of October. According to Ikpe, who is also the presenter and producer of Da New Live Beats on TV, a world press conference to formally unveil the line up of activities heralding the awards ceremony, is on the way. Currently, various committees are being constituted to perfect plans for a successful outing. “ The objective of NMVA is to stage a world class event with the capability of establishing benchmark that will stamp out mediocrity, enthrone excellence and inspire practitioners to take the music video business more seriously,” Ikpe posited.
