Revealed! Why Davido fired his manager

According to an exclusive report reaching NAIJ.com, Davido and his manager of 4 years Kamal Ajiboye have gone their separate ways.

Recall that Davido in a message posted on Snapchat had said he was going to be his own manager this year. That message set off a lot of bells as many thought both Davido and Kamal were on good terms. But it appears this was not the case.

Naij initially reached out to a source close to both Davido and Kamal and the source confirmed that Kamal is still Davido’s manager. This was last week.

But in a new twist, the source confirmed this morning that “Twenty 20 media (Kamal’s management company) does not manage Davido anymore.”

Apparently, Davido had been having issues with Kamal for a while. Many members of Davido’s camp had even reported Kamal’s excesses to Davido hence the decision to let him go. Special Ed, Davido’s Hypeman even went ahead to post on Snapchat that Kamal doesn’t want to leave Davido alone.
