As part of
efforts to interact and appreciate its teeming consumers from all walks of
life, Nigerian Breweries Plc, the biggest brewing company in West Africa
co-sponsored Season Eight of Corporate Elite – the largest gathering of
corporate people in Nigeria. The gathering, which was referred to as the night
of fun, music and networking, was held at the prestigious Eko Hotel and Suites
in Lagos.
Part of the
highlights of the day was the parade of entertainment stars which include
DruHill, Mikasa, Freddie Jackson, Cameo, Mario, 112, Uhuru, Iyanya, Wizkid,
Banky W, the Mavin Crew, Omo Akin, Chidinma and others that set the stage
alight.
The presence of top management team of some Nigerian’ companies like
Nigerian Breweries added colour to the evening.
Speaking at the
event, Marketing Manager Gulder, Life and Legend, Mr. Emmanuel Agu, expressed
his satisfaction on the organization of the event and the level of presence
achieved within the corporate circle. He noted that Nigerian Breweries Plc is a
company known for adding value to things that add glamour to life, adding that
it also ensures that whenever the opportunity presents itself, they ensure that
consumers with style are treated with style.
He further revealed
that the co-sponsorship of the event provides the “opportunity to further
appreciate, share exciting moment and show gratitude to our consumers that have
kept us in business for the year round.”
In her comments,
Brand Manager, Heineken, Mrs. Kehinde Kadiri, said that Heineken is a premium
brand for the elites and its association with the event can be described as
part of the effort to “create out-of-the-world experience for corporate people
of class and glamour. As you know, our new campaign ‘Open Your City’ is tied to
helping people discover new and exciting spots around and give them the special
Heineken experience,” she added.
The Corporate
Elite is an event for corporate businesses across Nigeria usually held as an
exclusive end of year celebration.
