After several months of planning and
networking, cerebral actor, author, writer, columnist and poet, Mr. Chuma
Onwudiwe is finally poised to launch his long-awaited collection of poems
tagged: Graffiti.
In a brief chat with SHOWBIZPLUSng, the
former National General Secretary of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN),
disclosed that the epoch gathering holds tomorrow, Sunday, October 26 at O’Jez
Restaurant, Surulere, Lagos.
The event, which would be chaired by Chief
CNC Nweke, is expected to kick off at exactly 2.p.m., with Dr. Okwesilieze
Nwodo as Guest of Honour, while Professor Charles Uwakwe would do justice to the
creative work as its reviewer.
“Graffiti is my own way of telling the
Nigerian story and also high-lighting the many challenges facing us as a
troubled nation…”, Onwudiwe stated.
