The pop star took to Instagram on
Thursday to show off fitness regimen. In the photo, the mother-of-two's
pictured literally bending over backwards in a yoga pose while holding a
circular workout accessory.
"Namaste," the "Work
Bitch" singer posted with the candid snap.
Spears opened up about her active lifestyle while
chatting with Women's Health last Fall. "I like my workouts to
be effective in a short amount of time," she said. "I start with 20
minutes of intense cardio — usually running — move on to light free weights,
body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and sit-ups, then finish it off
with a stretch."
The "Toxic" singer
is also a big fan of clean-eating. "I'm really into raw food — sushi
basically," the 33-year-old added. But, like most of us, Britt does need a little sugar fix from time to time.
"I love sweet tea!" she confessed.
