Expect another film as Lupita grabs right to Chimamanda’s Americanah

Kenyan-born Oscar winner and current People’s Magazine Most Beautiful Girl in the world Lupita Nyong’o has acquired the rights to Chimamanda’s book “Americanah”.

The actress took to Twitter recently to confirm that she has acquired the rights to turn the Nigerian author’s book into a film.

“Yes; this is true I acquired the rights to make a film of this amazing book by this amazing writer. I highly recommend the read. #Americanah,” the Oscar winner wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of the cover of the book
