Tears, shock, anger as Big Brother fires Resa, Mira from Hotshots House… As Phyno, Olamide thrill fans

After one week of wild fun and bonding in the house, Big Brother finally wielded the big stick and sent two Hotshots housemates packing in this year’s first eviction show, this SHOWBIZPLUSng can authoritatively report.

The unlucky damsels, Resa, from Zambia and leggy Mira, from Mozambique were evicted tonight amid tears, anger and shock from their fellow housemates and the rest of Africa.

Despite their brilliant and memorable outings in the house, they were sent home to their respective countries for scoring low votes from Africa, thus becoming the first two housemates to be evicted from the new house in this season’s show.

More fun for viewers as M-Net Edge, Vuzu AMP join DStv family

This month DStv audiences will be exposed to two new high-end television channels that will hit the screens in the next two weeks.

According to a statement sent to SHOWBIZPLUSng,  these out-of-the-ordinary additions to DStv’s Premium package will be called M-Net Edge (113) and VUZU AMP (114).

Switched-on, trendy viewers who currently enjoy VUZU, will be able to dive into the coolness and amplified experience of VUZU AMP for the first time on Tuesday 13 October at 17:00 CAT. Channel 114 on DStv will be the home of this amplified VUZU channel featuring local and international content in HD.
