Breaking: UNILAG boils as students protest introduction of new fees

Information filtering into SHOWBIZPLUSng, has it that students of the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, are currently staging a protest that might soon snowball into another crisis within the campus environment, if not controlled.
Sketchy details obtained by our reporter revealed that the angry students are protesting and vehemently kicking against the introduction of an obnoxious fee by the school's authority.
"We are protesting because the authority of UNILAG, suddenly jerked our editing fees from N10,000 to N25,000, without any consultations or prior notice with us. Again, they said additional N30, 000, will be paid for late registration..." hinted an angry student that does not want his name mentioned.
