Two Indian actors drown during filming

Two actors have tragically drowned during a helicopter stunt which went horribly wrong.

According to SunNewsUK, the actors who are Indian movie stars Anil Kumar and Raghav Uday jumped into a reservoir from a low-flying helicopter during a filming.



Sadly after jumping out of the helicopter into the reservoir, the two performers failed to resurface and are now presumed dead.




A third actor Duniya Vijay who was with them during the dangerous leap survived the incident. The deadly accident happened in the Thippagondanahalli Reservoir near Bangalore on Sunday. The film is reportedly an action movie based around the life of Vijay.

India Today reports that the scene which claimed the actors’ lives was the climax of the movie. Rescue workers failed to find the actors after scouring the treacherous water in a boat. Producers behind the project now face a criminal investigation. The Superintendent of Police of Ramanagara has filed a case into the shocking incident.
