Sylvia, who began her humble career in Nollywood as a welfare manager in 2014, has risen to the pinnacle of her profession in just two years of joining the world’s second largest filmmaking nation.
Speaking with DAYLIGHT.NG on her star-studded epic movie and what informed the storyline, the Awka, Anambra-born emerging force in Nollywood, disclosed that The Land of Alaeze, was a divinely inspired movie.
“Sincerely, I’m so, so excited about my new movie. It vividly tells the story of how light triumphs over darkness. And how evil people will never go unpunished, no matter how long it takes. It is a movie that captures the true essence of our daily lives and challenges of everyday people. We had fun on set, while shooting. It is a painstakingly shot cinema movie. We are already planning for the world premiere in the second week of January 2017.
I want to thank my colleagues on this historic project, especially AMP members who ensured we had a hitch free production”, stated the visibly excited producer that shuttles between Rivers and Lagos States, respectively.
